1.1 The following terms will appear in these General Terms and Conditions:
- General Terms and Conditions : the General Terms and Conditions of Chelona Ticket Service;
- Event : the event for which the relevant ticket is intended. Think of performances, workshops, festivals, performances, etc.;
- Organizer : the party responsible for organizing the event;
- Location : the place where the event is held ;
2.1 The following General Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of Tickets.
2.2 In addition to Chelona’s terms and conditions, the Organizer’s Terms and Conditions and the Site Holders’ Terms and Conditions also apply.
2.3 The agreement is always concluded under the resolutive condition that Chelona does not accept the order. If an order is not accepted, Chelona will inform you by email within 5 days of receipt of the order.
3.1 All prices are stated in Euros including VAT.
3.2 Chelona expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal or fiscal) regulations.
3.3 You pay a booking service fee per ticket per order, which may vary per event.
3.4 Chelona cannot be held to prices that are clearly incorrect. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
3.5 If the buyer does not pay on time, Chelona is entitled to suspend the agreement
3.6 If a delivery of tickets cannot take place due to a technical malfunction, Chelona cannot be held liable for any costs whatsoever related to the late delivery of the tickets.
4. Use of purchased tickets
4.1 Tickets cannot be taken back or exchanged and will lose their validity upon expiry of the validity date indicated on them.
4.2 Tickets may not be resold unless authorized by the organiser.
4.3 If necessary for access to the event, the organizer has the right to check the identity of the visitor.
4.4 Each ticket has a unique QR code and can therefore only be used once. Copying ticket makes no sense.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1 Chelona is not liable for costs as a result of moving or canceling the event by the organizer or the location owner. Liability lies with the organizer. Chelona will, in collaboration with the organizer, try to contact every buyer in a timely manner via the e-mail address indicated when booking.
5.2. When the entrance fees are refunded, the amount will never exceed the cost of the ticket.
Chelona only processes iDEAL, Bankcontact and Sofort payments. When the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation and your order is final. Only then is the ticket your property.
7. Special provisions and liability
7.1 The purchaser of a ticket attends an event at his own risk. Chelona will not be liable for damage that occurs when visiting the event.
7.2 Chelona is not liable for refusal of the visitor by the organizer.
7.3 Chelona is not liable for the failure or malfunctioning of the internet. If, as a result, the tickets cannot be downloaded by the buyer, he/she should contact Chelona. Even when in doubt whether the payment has been successful.
7.4 Chelona takes care of ticket sales on behalf of the organizer. Chelona is not liable for damage claims to the organization or location owner. With regard to liability, it never takes the place of the organizer or location owner.
